Totally agree!
A review with comments is more trustworthy than one without. Therefore it would make sense to hide those reviews without comments.
Furthermore it looks more consistent when inside a widget the showed reviews have all comments.

Precisely this, will increase the confidence that not just anyone (anonymously) and completely without justification can report the supplier's service (the website's). 
In addition, it will sharpen the interest in the service provider and improve insight into how the service provider performs in the market, e.g., for comparison between competitors.
Can't agree more. 
...Great if this feature could be made as an additional option.

Totally agree, this would be helpful for fake reviews (e.g. Facebook) that have low star ratings with no comments from people who are not verified customers. Excellent idea and hopefully will get passed. Probably a good idea for this to be a toggle option for those who might not want this.
